New at yahoo answers

Hello people,
I am new at yahoo answer, I am not not sure what is the level about, current I am at level one. So what would I be able to do after I gain level 2? I find it pretty similar to mylot but the restriction is less that what they have here.
Do anyone here have yahoo answer? which do you prefer - mylot or yahoo answers?
