Thats to bad, he is most likely very hungry and each person is doing all they can to eat. They might be trying to feed a family. Have you thought about that. He should not be making threats however desperate times create desperate people. They might be thinking of the fact that most restaurants through away a TON of food. A person in that position would most likely eat something as little as a tomato. Two more points that I would like to make are these, you are referring to them as blacks in derragotey fashion, so any place that they might have tried to work turns them away with judgement just as you are. That might be whats making them so angry, the constant downing of them. People get to a place for a reason and its usually from being treated poorly and just being brought down emotionally. How are you planning on putting a stop to it? It requires a solution. Getting them thrown in jail is a temporary bandaif. A good thing that will go further with a positive move would be to organizing a program from a petition to get them to work.

I hate those kind of people who just beggiing but lazy to work. That kind of people increasing poor statistic in this country.
