It was my husband's interview via skype but he is still not come he. I called him now and he said he is in some other meeting and won't be able to give this interview via skype because he has to come home and He is far from home now. He will not be able to make it on time. So, he told me that he had called the person in charge and agreed for a telephonic interview. Now I am very angry right now because he needed this Job. I feel that he doing this may give the bosses a picture that he is not interested in the job. This meeting he is in now was not as important than the meeting via skype. What do you think the bosses must be thinking about him? I don't know what reason he has given to cancel the skype interview. I am very angry now and my blood is boiling.

Well, since you said that this interview is that important, maybe he should have scheduled everything before that day comes; like maybe set the meeting after the interview, or beg that the interview be set on a more convenient time. I'm sure your husband is a busy person, but chances are, the person going to do the interview with him are also busy. Maybe when he gets another opportunity, he should prioritize what needs to be prioritized.

Your Husband is right! A phone interview, I would alway refuse but a skye interview? I know communications have moved on. I would not entertain a skype interview at all! All he has to say is he would like to come in, in person, if they refuse then I would not bother with them
