So what do you guys think about this one? For me , I feel that we can be more successful with having a business than just being an employee. Cause most of the time for employment...its just the owner that earns and succeeds. I'm not saying that this happens to all, but most of the time this is the situation. What do you guys think?

That is good decision but according to me you first be employee to one company in a field which you going to start business then study the plus and odds in that field then start the business with confidence and surely you will be success in your life.. All the best for your future.. God bless you

Business can really make you more money compared to being employed. My uncle once said, "All people who are rich are in business". However, if you do not have the capital to start your own business, you should try being employed until such time you will accumulate enough money to start. Employment also gives us a lot of experience in tackling certain things in life.

That's true..and we also meet a lot of people when we are employed. Some of which plays a big part in our life.

I have tried both and I find having my own business, no matter how small, more rewarding in a lot of ways. I used to work for many years until I decided to be on my own. It is a very small business actually but it has sustained me and my family for years already.

I wouldn't agree with this. I don't know why people value only money as "earnings", probably because with money we can buy bread. But with knowledge how to be able to make even more money, we will be able not to buy only bread, but also cheese and salami. Of course this is only metaphor but if you think little more you will probably realize that people without knowledge will be unable to do even a penny. So working for the others we build experience, understand things for the market, we make contacts, not all of the people we meet will be important, but if we get only one hand from someone we met while working for other people offering us help for our future, it is still something. We should learn to value experience too. Without it, having only education documents, knowing only the things on theory, nobody would trust our decisions or judgement. Theoretical world is different than the real one.
