losing weight in a yoyo situation

I am in a yoyo situation.I am trying to diet but only good for 3 months or less and back to my old self again. I am not much of an eater but might be because of my kind of work that usually requires sitting. I don't crave sweets, I eat plenty of vegetables, fats are occasional. Though I don't exercise a lot but I usually work around the house which gave me a lot of sweat. Any help or suggestions?

I guess eating a lot of vegetables is good. You have to watch yourself in eating carbohydrates. We have to eat less carbs. You can also eat little meat because we also need some protein. Exercising every morning will help too. Maybe you can spend 15 to 20 minutes in doing so because you do housework so maybe it's already sufficient to burn calories.

hi....last time i was also trying to loose some weight, but after a few months my old weight back again..im very dissapointed , but until i found myself trying a lemon diet and a slimming capsules i already loose some weight..hopefully after summer i can loose more..

marketing07, yes I have done the lemon diet but slimming capsules I shy away from that because according to some of my friends it is not good for your kidneys. Thanks.

Having a strict diet won't help with weight loss. A diet will seem to work for a little while but eventually you break back into your old habits because you crave the food that you're not letting yourself have. The best way to diet is portion control. Fill your diet with leafy green vegetables and plenty of fruit. Also make sure you have moderate portions of carbs and meats. Eat the foods you regularly enjoy but make your portions smaller. It can also help if you drink a glass of cold water before a meal, it'll fill you up a bit and help you make your portions smaller. The key is to just watch your portions and don't eat until you're overly stuffed. Just eat until your stomach feels comfortable.

hello nita04, i have tried out many things to loose weight including diet and slimming capsules and i don't say that any of those didn't work at all. almost all showed some result but i used to regain the lost pounds quickly. i don't think there is any such diet plan or capsule that can make you stay in shape for ever. the only best thing that had ever made me to gain my best body shape is through exercise. you have already cut down on fat intake and you walk around the house causing you to sweat and if you could just add even half an hour of aerobics to your routine, it can give you wonders. i too am trying for loosing weight and i am planning to incorporate aerobics for fast weight loss. i have done it before and have gained good results.

To lose weigth and stay fit is a common problem. Exercise and healthy living is the answer. Goodluck!
