Our maid just left a month ago. I havent fixed my room in a month so it is quite messy I think I need to clean it up today. I cannot stand sleeping in that messy room any longer haha. So, after dinner, I will be cleaning up my room all by myself! This is my goal for the day. What do you think? haha! Happy mylotting.

I can rlate hee, everytime our house helper will be away, we were obliged to do our share of the household chores. I sweep, I wash my own clothes. In a way, it helped me to be more independent on an early age. Good job on your plans, carry on until completion. Good luck. Thanks

It is always a nice to set a goal and be able to achieve it. Even those simple or small ones can be really fulfilling. Cleaning your own room can be as fulfilling and rewarding. I am sure you'll be very happy and relaxed once you have done with your today's goal. Let me congratulate you in advance. I haven't clean our room for quite sometime. Last weekend, we had the chance of cleaning most part of our house except our room. But it really needs to be cleaned as soon as possible because my husband has seen a cockroach inside already - and he is so terrified by it (seriously). I always told him not to bring food inside the room but he won't listen especially if he is already in front of his laptop. Curtains also need to be changed. I have already washed our bedsheets and blanket last weekend. Hopefully, I will be able to clean our room by next week. It is important to be clean not only with our physical self but also in our house and surroundings. Our health should always be given priority. We know that cockroaches and rats can also transmit diseases which can sometimes be risky and deadly. So we should always make it a point to be clean in all aspects all the time.

Sometimes the absence of a maid will help you grow and learn to do things by yourself. Sometimes that makes most people lazy because they all depend on their assistants to do things for them. But at least in your case you are still cleaning up your room:-)

oh dear, are you a student? if you are, I´ll understand you haha. Sometimes it´s happen to me,more in exam´s time! sometimes its impossible to do anything there, so when I realise about the mess, I clean the most I can.

Why don't you do it now while there's still some sunlight around? I assure you you'd feel not up for it tonight after dinner. Better start now and throw away the things that clutter and make sure never to clutter again! hehehe.. Good luck! I am actually in the same boat. I do need to clean up (dust and all) but my room is quite organized. I have learned never to rely on people to clean up for you, you never know when they'd decide to leave. Have a great mylOt experience ahead!

That's good giving yourself a goal I'm sure no one wants to stay in a messy room- more to sleep with things scattered around.

One month! haha must be really messy I guess. In my bed room there is all clothes every where. we don't have a dryer so I have to use the fan to dry my clothes in this rainy season. The washing machine has washer and dryer but it does not totally dry the clothes. That is why my room is messy. I can't help it. happy cleaning your room.

You go! I think you a shovel in your garage or yard, right? LOL! just kidding. Cleaning up my room is also a drag for me. Though I always tidy up, I know that I will meet a couple of dust bunnies under my bed if I went looking down there even now.
