For a couple of days since McDonald's brought back twister fries for a limited time, my son and I have been craving for it. Last night, I asked my husband if he could drive us to the nearest McDonald's drive thru for some twister fries and sundae, but he said he was tired and i should go and drive instead. I was too lazy as well so I just gave up. Today, after dinner, he finally decided to drive us there and we got our twister fries and sundae. Our cravings were satisfied at last and we enjoyed our fries and sundae. How far would you go to satisfy your cravings?

I see you like to taste delicatessen. However you should take care because you can become a fat and lazy woman.

Don't worry Rick, i've been trying too hard to get so fat but it's not working. Been eating food that could get me fat easily but I'm still the same for several years. Losing weight is easier for me than gaining a few pounds.

Oooh what are twister fries? I was just at McDonalds the other day and I didn't see them. If I'm really craving something then I'll definitely go out of my way to get it if I don't have it at home. I used to be like that with the holiday pies at McDonald's. Only a few McDonalds had them and I'd drive around to them and ask if they had the pies lol

I think twister fries are available only in the Philippines. They're just french fries that are cut shaped like twisters. Sad that it's only here until August 25th.

I love shake shake fries, especially the barbeque flavor.

I love twister fries too! I always wonder why Mcdo sell them only at a limited time. The day I learned about its comeback through Facebook, and I immediately went to the nearest branch after work. I'm glad I didn't have to ride a car to Mcdo. That would be very inconvenient. The nearest branch here is just a few-minute walk.

I guess because McDonald's want people to crave for it more and more. Just like the shake shake fries. I saw it on twitter first a day before they launched the twister fries. But every time we pass by McDo, we were already full.

You're not the only one who;s loving the twister fries! Sadly, McDonald's here hasn't resumed selling this so I just have to wait. Whenever I crave for something, just like you my husband suffers the brunt of it. I want him to take me there, sometimes even use the guilt trip thingy on him (I know, that's so low!) especially if what I'm craving for is for limited time only. There's even a couple of times that I am actually teary-eyed when he said no, lol!

Oh how sad. Then maybe next time he says no, just go and do what you want.

Well, thank you for that. I'm glad twister fries are extended here. So sad to see it disappear again.

Well, I can answer your question, talking about me personally. I like to take away some small satisfaction, and often of doing this I am also ready to make some effort. For example, I like to go every Thursday night at my aunt's house to watch a horror movie. I do not have a car. For which reason I have to take a bus in the evening, but on the way back, in a dodgy neighborhood, I park at the bus stop waiting for the arrival line number 9 take me home. Many of my friends say that risk to be in that place at 11.30 PM. But luckily for me (and do not say too soon!), I never had any problems.
