i was up early, pulled out of bed by a merrow-ing kitty cat and barking dos, I decided to enjoy the rising sun and whip up something warm and quick for breakfast. i remember i still had bananas in the fridge and warmed bread in the oven.my husband wonders why i just ate those stuffs and not the usual meal with rice and viand. it's just my choice this morning, nothing big deal really.

I just take a cup of coffee and some cereals for breakfast, especially if it's working days. I am not eating rice during that part of the day.

that's already good to start a day. cereals is great for our digestive system. as long as we're not skipping any food in the beginning of the day then it's so alright.

thanks for the concern but i don't think im doing it as in everyday of my whole. if i see that there will be something that will go wrong then i guess i should resort to another set of diet meals.

I not take banana with milk I take toast with tea. Only when the fast then take milk with banana. But I heard banana is good for health.

banana is really good for the health. aside from the potassium we get from it, an essential ingredient to keep your heart and nervous system in good shape, there are other more benefits.Benefits to the kidneys and the bones are again due to the high potassium content of bananas. I like to eat fruit for a meal all the time. I find it refreshing not weighing my body down with so much stuff.

you're right.i just learned too that eating fruits for breakfast, and sticking to fruits till noon-time, is one of the best ways to not only supply the body with energy for the detox process but also allow the body the “free time” to give full attention to detoxification instead of being bogged down in the process of digesting foods/beverages that we are in the habit of in consuming in the morning.
