This Morning one of my cousin from my hometown visit and gave me a big ripe jackfruit because she knew that my husband and I like it. But the problem is were only two here in the house now and we can not finish all of it, so I called my mother and asked her what the best thing to do. She told me to cook it and make a jackfruit jam which can last for many days or even a month. After talking to her I started to remove the meat of the jackfruit, boiled it with water and brown sugar until done, it is very tasty, little bit sweet and sticky. Now we have 2 bottles of jackfruit jam which I can fridge and I can mix it to some snacks and sandwich that I am going to make this coming week. Have you try to make your own fruit jam?
