I think that a service person that can help a client choose the right gadgets, show them how to use them and get them set up for them is someone that could make some big bucks in the world now days.

Well, given the funds and the money plus connections, I'd be willing to do franchising with those well established food businesses. However, I don't have such funds so I will have to settle first with the starters. How much is the franchise cost for Krispy Kreme? Can you give me the details of it too. Anyway, I am looking into small food cart businesses like milk tea, shakes and the like. I am no entrepreneur but I am willing to learn so I will have to start on the small ones. You really have to study the products and the kind of food that people want to eat. I would like to franchise Krispy Kreme here in our province. All I can suggest is first you have to select a target by considering the though of "who are your customers?" and I suggest select "students" for they are multipurpose like "playing games", "doing search project or projects in general", "music", and so on. So make sure your shop is near schools preferably universities. Here in the Philippines, almost all universities has its own hospitals so most computer shops here caters not only students but also nurses and doctors and other people. Eventhough there are almost 10 computer shops in our school before with 30 units each shop still it can't cater all the users and there are still other users who are waiting for vacant units. So customer and location is very important in that matter. Second thing you need to consider is there service your shop offers. There are shops who only caters online gamers which is not good if you are planning to maximize your profit. So if you want to maximize your profit you should serve all types of customers and to do that you must also increase your internet connection speed so there will be no lag or I call it "bandwidth shortage" because if this happens, all your customers will be affect like games becomes lag, youtube loading becomes slow, and webpages loading also becomes slow so you need to watch for that. And last is good maintenance to your computer units so there will be no idle units because if that happens also, your income will be affected It is like a cow losing its one leg. So key points here are: 1. Location 2. Customers 3. Serivces 4. Maintenence there are the four important thing you need to consider always. So I hope this help you somehow.

You have to create new variants of pizzas and promos so that you can attract more customers. Planning a strategy is very crucial. Hows has it been doing lately? Why did you decide on having a PIZZA business? Yeah aries, I also like to have an internet shop. Once you have this kind of business, you can then upgrade more services to your shop. At the start, you can offer internet usage and printing services. Once you have established your shop, you can add more income opportunities like having a snack bar beside it and etc.

The place where we stay in chennai offers scope for shops in grocerties, sttionery items and more of eatbles. it is a residential area.

Yeah. That would be the top 3. Food, internet and health. I am not involved in these businesses. I am still starting on having my own business. I like to start on having a plan that is lower risk than most businesses. Small but effective. Thanks for your response.

Yeah. It has to be near a school, company or an organization. The place must be studied carefully that it is accessible to the city and to the people.

A grocery store would also be good. You can start from a sari-sari store then if it goes well, expand the business. Just make sure that you are the only grocery store in the neighborhood.

Yeah. A good idea. I also considered that option. I also dislike doing my laundry when I feel tired from work. Just like any business, you have to find a perfect place. I just witnessed a laundry shop in our place that went bankrupt.
