If you remember what email account you used to sign up for PayPal, you can have them send you your password.

Yes I do remember.But the send a reset password link to my email account instead of password.

Same thing happened to my paypal account. I forgot my password and security answer. So I just created a new paypal account :c
I haven't tried calling them cuz I'm at the philippines, just too bad. I even tried the three options they suggest in retrieving the account but no luck at all cuz in the end they will still require you to answer the security question

I have checked their site.They have there customer care number but that is US based and myself from India.

contact paypal and tell them your problem, they may just reset your password so just make a new pa ssword and new
security qu estions and you are set. I make a fild of all'
passwords to the various sites I ues and just look up the
password if I have forgotten it.I have found PayPal admins
to be most helpful
