Crying is good for the eyes.

I love to cry. Crying lets my eyes change their liquid without the use of any eyedrops. I sometimes feel that my eyes are so dry and maybe it's because of the radiation. When I watch drama, I just let myself cry. After crying, my eyes feel good. How about you, feel free to share your thoughts about crying. Happy myLotting everyone.

Hi,
It is very interesting that you think that tears are like eye drops to your eyes. My wife is very sensitive or emotional. She easily cry with any simple emotional thing. I think that crying will be bad for her eyes. But now I think that she can cry any time, I will not stop her. Sometimes by crying all the burden of our stress gets relieved from our mind.

Oh, yes. My husband told me so. I am in front of the computer from 2pm to 11pm, Mondays to Fridays. So sometimes my eyes are very dry. I guess crying can replace necessary liquids for my eyes. Happy mylotting and thanks for posting.

You are right crying is good for eyes but more crying is bad for eyes. Everytime in every moment or incident crying is not good habit eyes and health both may be affect.

Yes, we should not cry a lot. It will cause our eyes look ugly. LOL. I guess once a week is good. :)

well, i do cry when watching drama shows or movies or clips. I can't help it.
but you know, crying can also lead us having head aches and pains inside us...
it's not the eyes that suffer when we are crying, it can also be the heart...

I guess that is for excessive crying. When we cry only for a short time such as when we watch a drama movie or drama tv series. I guess that is just cleansing our eyes. Too much crying isn't good especially when we are depressed and we cry for weeks or a month. I only cry when I watch dramas. Happy mylotting and thanks for posting.

Yes, we cry because we can relate but we need to forget the pain or else we will be sad for a long time. So when I watch dramas, I cry with those actresses or actors. LOL. After that, I have to move on. I'll tell myself, it's just a drama, not real. LOL.

AH, so you are saying that you only felt touched with what you are watching. I don't feel that way. for sometimes when I do watch dramas, and the situations seems familiar with my situations in my own life, the tears and pain will be there. I can say, you don't cry for no reason. there's a part of you that you have felt it, it can be just sadness and like a sympathy on the story. it can also be you can relate to situations, so what you have cried can turn to pain inside...

angel I agree with your crying is good for eyes our old water is flows from eyes and feel fresh. But some time if we cry more then our eyes feels like dry and headache problem also started. I cry anytime, anywhere on any moment. This is my bad habit cry on TV serial also.

I also cry when I'm watching a drama. I guess it's okay because after watching we're also done crying. However when we have problems, I guess sometimes we have non-stop cries. I think that one is bad for our health. Thanks for posting and happy mylotting.

Yes cry can let your eye liquid refresh and can keep your eyes always in moist,so I often blink so that I can generate more tears.But I seldom cry cause as a man,it is very awkward when someone see you cry,but if there is no one around me,and that is OK.

I guess you are right. When we cry, we voice out our problems, etc. Afterthat, I guess we'll have some peace of mind.
