my paypal account can not be opened.

It's about my paypal account. I made several attempts to open it. I had requested for the resetting of the password but I was required to give the account number of the credit card that I used upon signing up. I could not locate the number of that account because I had already cancelled it years ago. I signed up for another paypal account but I was asked to give another credit card number which I can not give for the moment as I am still planning to cancel my present credit card. Can anybody give some advice for me on what I will do?

You are really in a very bad situation, I don't know what to say.. :(. Well my best advice is not to cancel your current Credit card and use it for your new paypal account.

What about having 'unverified'account for the time being as you sort out your credit card details. It works! You can save your money then if the need to withdraw arises it might find when you have sorted out the Card issues. I had operated one like that. I hope that helps for now!

Anyway, 4 hours ago I open another Paypal account and I automatically verified account. I didn't use credit card, instead I used a debit card. Do you want to know how? If you are a SMART network user, apply for a SMARTMoney card. It's easy to use in verifying you Paypal account. Just follow this link to apply Debit card online:

I too had a problem with opening my paypal account. I forgot my password and I was asked various questions before I could reset my password.Unluckily, I couldn't answer it right.

No way out for you but really to secure another credit /debit card. It is a requirements of paypal.

For creating a paypal account.. you can do it with debit card or linking your online bank account. you don't always require a creditcard as well. you can have multiple paypal accounts

hi pahak i never had a credit card at all and I got a paypal account to get my mylot earnings. I have an online bank account which I linked to paypal and that way I deposit my earnings directly intomy online checking account. if you have a bank account why not just have paypal link to your bank then you do not need a credit card?
