I am a piggy!!!

I know i sleep a lot, around 8-9 hours a day but three days recently i sleep much more. I take a long nap after lunch and I go to sleep early but i really don't want to get out of my bed in the morning when i awake as usual, i hug a pillow and then sleep a bit more. One more thing, every night I have a dream that is in a clutter and then i can't remember what it is when i awake (in fact rarely i have dreams). I feel tired after that. My friend told me i am totally a piggy because i sleep too much.

sleeping is neccessary to us and there is nothing to worry as long as you have nothing have to do recently.but i think that you should do more exercise then you will feel energetic.if you just sleep day after day,you maybe get fat,then you will more like a piggy hahaha....:)

hihihi, if i can be fat after sleeping a lot, i want it because i am slim now. Unfortunately my weight is still same, not increase at all. Piggy is cute right? i want to care a pet that is a small piggy ...

I tall 164 cm and my weight is 46 kg now. Why do you think i am very fat just because i sleep a lot?

I do think that there are times that we will be very sleepy because of stressors and other things that might be going on in our lives. Now for me, I used to be the kind of person that could easily get by with 4-5 hours of sleep each night and now I am sleeping for about nine hours every night. For me, I think the reason that I'm sleeping more than I used to sleep is because of the fact that I've been going through a depressed period in my life recently.

currently i sleep around 8-9 hours a night, if not i will be very tired in the next day. But my roomate, she just sleeps only 4-5 hours per night only and she can wake up on time, at 8 am, every morning. I admire her since i can't leave a bed immediately when i awake, i always try to sleep more ...

You are absolutely right about yourself, you are turning in a Piggy! hehehe...More than 8-9 hours sleep a day, you sleep too much indeed. May be you need to drink more coffee to keep you awake or stay out late at night to watch more TV programs.

Luckily not only me like that, i am happy now... i used to sleep 5 hours a day only and then now i sleep a lot, grrr i don't know why, i think a habit changes by the time...

Because i was at home in the weekend and 1 day free after taking a test. You can speed whole weekend for sleeping, why not?

I've read that oversleeping can be more unhealthy than not getting enough. Eight hours I think is the ceiling, nine gets you sluggish and weak the rest of the day. But it probably depends on what you do too. If you work like a horse in a farm then maybe you're doing yourself a favor.

uho, i didn't do anything and don't do hard work also, just cooking, eating and then sleeping... I think sleeping a lot is not good at all, i will try to do something else to change it, better sleep 8 hours a day only.

Lucky you! I think I only get to sleep about 5 -6 hours hour a day because I need to get up in the middle of the nights for my babies so I don't get to sleep straight every night, interrupted sleep is not fun so I'm jealous that you can sleep like that...

I understand your feeling because currently you are caring a baby. I hope you can have nice sleep later...Or you can ask a help from your husband or your mother, sometime they can help you to care babies then you have a nice sleep also.

Yes, i agree with you, it is good to take a nap but in here i take a long nap and then go to sleep early at night. To be honest rarely i take a nap at noon at all. Something is strange...

Hi, The more you slept, the more you felt sleepy. Then you will need more and more time to sleep. I always slept like you before. Until one day I felt too dizzy to walk. So I suggest you try to cheer up and find something interesting to do to spend your time, it's good for your health.

Yes, i understand...sleeping a lot is not good at all. In fact i want to keep sleeping around 8 hours a day only, i don't want to sleep longer than that..but i really don't know why i did sleep so much like that...I hope it will be gone soon, i don't want to call as a piggy.

I too am a member of your category.if whenever i get some time i take a nap.i m a dentist.i hardly get time to sleep in daytime but i never miss a single opportunitiy.specially i enjoy early morning sleep...hehehe

umh, not only me want to sleep more a bit when awake in the morning. I think you work hard and then you need more time to relax by sleeping. But i didnt do anything, just cooking, eating and then sleeping. Rarely i have dreams so that i really regret when i can remember my dreams recently..

I wish I can have your "disease" for a while, lol! I wanna go on a sleep fest even for just a couple of days. Just enough for me to get back all the hours that I've lost that should have been spent sleeping.

Oh, that's good. For me, I lack sleep. I hope I'll have enough sleep starting tomorrow. That happens to me, too. I sometimes forget about the dreams I had. If you have enough sleep just try to exercise when you're up. I guess oversleeping won't let us gain so much weight. Happy mylotting.

oh, i understand you feeling when you are lack of sleeping. You have to find a way to sleep enough. Me, oversleeping is not good i think, i just sleep and sleep...i don't worry about my weight because i am slim but i don't like being tired when awake...
