When I cook this recipe sometimes I used the pressure cooker to speed up the cooking time.I have to cook in a hurry like 20 minutes time because my schedule is very hectic,plus I am going to the children to pick up in their lunch break and then send them back to school,again.Even if I have a maid,I still wanted to see to it that the children were given the right attention in their lunch,and must also have clean uniforms when going back to school.I wanted them very clean in all aspects and have the safe passage when going to school and going back home.

Easy to cook just throw everything in a crockpot and depending on how fast you want to eat on high it cooks in 2-3 hours on low it cooks in 4-6 hours. When it is done you take 2 forks and shred it.

I am right there with you I love simple recipes and this one definitely falls under easy. I can't wait to make it again only next time I will make a bigger portion so we have leftovers.

I like leftovers as well. Depending on how much I have of something leftover I will make a little more and add it to the next nights meal. I do this quite a bit when I make spaghetti or tacos.

Oh it is so good and it was such a good change for my family and only needing 3 ingredients was also great.

Yep only 3 ingredients and you are so right it is something my whole family liked My husband even said I hope you make this again it was really good. And my husband normally never says this he will just say it is ok.
