Freelancer job at oDesk?

I am member at oDesk. I have try to get some jobs there, but never got nothing. Its really hard to get something there. I apply for some jobs that includes AutoCAd and very complex 3D modeling, but even if there are less peoples its hard to get. If you participating in writing or something like that its even harder.
