I haven't gone for a general check up yet. I'm afraid to know if I have a disease such as cancer, etc. I know that it's important. In order to prevent diseases we have to go for a general check up. Feel free to share your thoughts about general check up. Happy myLotting everyone.

If you're afraid, that's all the more reason you should go and get it done. Once your mind is set at ease and you know that you're reasonably healthy, then you can relax. The tension of not knowing - even though you might not know it or feel it - isn't good for you.
And if something is a little out of whack, it will be much easier to deal with now than if you wait until it's a major problem.

This is good omen for you that you are paying attention your health.Don't worry.Now you should take some moderate exercise to enhance resistance.Of course,it is necessary to have a medical examination every year.

Oh, yes. I guess I have to be aware of my health. I just need to eat healthy foods, take vitamins and have some exercise. All of us need medical examination every year. It's for our own good. Happy mylotting.

Like the famous saying "prevention is better than cure" and " A disease known is half cured".
I had my executive check up a year ago.
Wish to have it next year, thu I don't feel or suspect any health problem :)

I had undergone executive check up before I went to a mission. I also felt the same way, but I need to do it for clearance purposes.

to be honest i have the same feeling with you sometimes.but we should hid our sickness for fear of treatment.this hehavior is like an ostrich,bury their head in the sand when meeting enemy.
anyway,it is good to go for a general check up.and i promise that you have no diseases
