Help, my tummy is coming out.

I used to be this lovely super model in my school days. I mean I had the body and all and even did some shoots back in the days, but I got this problem now, I have been taking alcohol and now the after effect is currently ruining me, I now have a 'fat' stomac and its really embarasing when I eat well and go to the beach. Really need help on how to slim it down to its normal size before because I can't going to the beach very very hungry, when I don't eat , the six packs comes out for a while and I can go nakedd on the beach, but if I do eat, O NO!!!

It's a diet on which you can both lose fat and gain muscle. It's also very inexpensive and easy to follow. You are allowed to eat as much as you want per meal and there is one cheat day every week where you are allowed to eat whatever you want. Cut my throat if you don't get good results following it. Then, go for the traditional method: EXERCISE. This is the best way to go back in shape. Try to do curl ups.

get lots of exercise and drink lots of water. i drink water when i am hungry and it helps fill my tummy plus there are no calories in water so its a win win situation.

Hahahha....tummy is coming out for you, may be it is the result of excessive boozing and you attended too many booze-up gathering in the past. You just have to slow down a bit and let your abs exercise program some time to catch up with you daily activity. Soon you can be back to the normal size showing your six pack again to all the beach combers.

O I like this guy, am guessing you do have your six packs and you always flaunt it in all the happening beaches in your area. Wonderful, I would try get my abs exercise ,and do it deligently because I really need em back you know

well you must start your daily workouts then. exercising daily will keep you in shape.Rather than eating, before going to the beach consume some liquid diet that digests quickly.

Exercise is what you all are saying and that seems to be the best solution for me now. I would definetely try it, I only wonder where I would get the time to do it you know. Lol

I have to slim down my tummy too, but it is for health reasons. I have to be 4 kilos slimmer in 3 more months by doctor`s orders. I cannot even have surgery if I had the money to do it. So all I can do is to eat less and exersise more. Your own recipe.

Are you talking about liposuction? Hmmm I have heard that thing is expensive especially in europe. Maybe the whole total revenue of mylot in 6months or so. Lol

oh , it sounds terrible.and i think i can give you some helpful advice.girls around me get fat since they begin their college life,and they taught me a method that is donot eat food in the eveing and its really a good idea to be slim again,you can juat have a try.... lol

You know you may just be right because I figured out that whenever I do not eat a lot or eat at all in the evenings/nights, I feel 100% stronger and lighter and super ready for the day the following morning. But there's a little problem, I certainly cannot do without evening/night food, I mean after this post I decided to try it last night but in the end, I woke up around 2am when I couldn't take it any longer and finally had my dinner

I think it just a matter of managing your diet.Have twice a day meal , heavy breakfast in the morning,medium meal at lunch and light at dinner. Then do a lot of exercise.
