I was so shocked and saddened when I saw this across the top of my screen when I logged into imdb. wow, he was only 54 and it was apparently complications following a heart attack he had in july. I loved watching the TV show the finder, but you might also know him from green mile. RIP Michael

This really is a bad news. Heart attack, we always don't know when it will hit us. Hope we could find a cure in which, with just 1 tablet, no more heart attack problem. I first saw him in green mile but I also enjoyed his role in Armageddon. Love the way he sings "Leaving on a jetplane". Rest in peace Mike.

yes, you know i saw on some entertainment show rosie o'donnell had one and took a bayer aspirin she says it saved her life.. so we should all know the signs and try that but its certainly not a cure hopefully there will be better detection and treatment in the future. he was great RIP

It was very sad indeed. I've been a huge fan of his since 1999 (when Green Mile came out), and when I heard it yesterday, first I thought it was a joke, then I saw it on Entertainment Tonight, and on the local news. I cried so much, like as if I knew him personally. He will be sadly missed, he was such a great actor.
