I guess it is not important to really get people to respond on your blog or forum, many people just read and do not respond. However I guess it is an ego booster when you start to see more comments for the blogs that you write.
However there is a benefit when you leave a comment on a blog and forum, you create a backlink to your site. Which Google like and it would be great for your ranking.
The way you should post reply on blog, is to put the keyword you are targeting for as the name and the your website. As for the forum, you can place in the profile and it is better if you can place your true profile, people are more likely to believe you. Use your signature, it would also help with your backlink.

That's my problem also to acquire people to comment and read my blog. I am a freelancer blogger but because I found out that less readers follow my blog, I write ON and OFF. Just now I knew it from your post. What other things we can consider to earn more readers and commentors?

That was actually my problem as of now because I could not update my blog. But as far as I know, what is important is the traffic that we bring to our site and not the comment we received.

Actually, that's new. I have another blog purely English language. I made it just last month my friend. I don't have enough time to improve even the features. Aside from that I got problem with my laptop. I don't like to work my blog in my desktop.

I have visited your blog and I have totally no idea what it means so I found it a little tough to actually want to leave a comment. I guess some of us have the issue. I found that perhaps if I have a translator somewhere perhaps it would improve the situation.

Yes I agree with that iwrite. If you leave a comment on others' blogs, you are more likely to get additional traffic to your own site. I think I have to update my blogs using this suggestion. Because what I do is that I just wouls post the links on my fb. That is perhaps the reason why I got a lowernumber of views.

I think one of the reasons your blog do not get to the search engines are the fact many blogger does not ping their blogs after they write content, then way the search engines does not know you have fresh content. I found it particularly useful for my blog. but getting comments are still rare. I need to work on that.

I am glad I am able to help a little, I have check your profile but do not see any blog or forum, so I do not know how I am able to help you with your blog otherwise. This is a slow process though, you need to do it for a long time to build up on your backlinks unless you are not targeting a good keyword.

I would post frequently on my blog to get comments and interaction from the readers of my blog. And I must admit my blog readers are very responsive to my post. Whenever I gets a new comment on my blog, I feel to do more posts on my blog. That's is how its working for past one year and so. One of my popular blog post has 16 comments, so you can easily understand my readers are responsive. My writhing style can be one of the main reason behind this as it call to take action.

I guess a personal touch would go far to create rapport with reader, it would be a good way to get them coming back. You must know your audience pretty well to be able to give them the kind of thing the want. I guess I would do well to learn from you. By the way, is your blog listed on your profile page.

Most importantly posting frequently on my blog has been key to users interaction. And yes writing style also matters in this aspect. For example if your writing is has a 'personal' touch your readers could easily relate to it. However if you compose your blog post like professional, users may not relate well. That's my personal opinion though!

for me i think its not that important to get respond and comment on my blog or forum here,because even i don't put a comment i still appreciate there responds to my discussion,but i also did to comment but very few only and very selected topic only,usually about love life.

Do you know what "nofollow" is?
If a site use that, then there would be no backlink for us, even if we leave our blog link. And actually lots of sites have been using it to reduce spam.. 
It's still a good idea to leave a comment though. At least the blog/site owner may visit your blog back, and another visitors of that site may visit yours as well..
