someone has been calling my number frequently and whenever i answer he starts speaking very weird words that i don't understand. at first i thought that maybe he called a wrong number and was speaking a different language but then i realized that there is no such language it is like his speaking in tongues and when i called him using my sister's number he talked well but when i told him about calling me he talked weirdly again what should i do

I would definitely block that number.
I won't waste my time for such jokes.
Maybe it's one of your friend or someone who doesn't have anything to do.

How about not answering the phone? Nobody says you have to answer the phone if someone is calling you. A phone should be there for your pleasure. And how do you know the same person is answering that phone? To be honest I wouldn't know why you should be worried.
I also wonder what you say/answer if that person is calling you and starts talking to you. How about answering him and speaking back in the same language and seeing the fun in it?

I think that if your phone instrument allows the facility to block the number first of all you should block it.
Second thing is that if you save his number and then if he rings you up, just do not reply.
If possible, you should make a complaint to the Police also. If this person is calling to you with bad intention, he will be caught and that is required also.
However, now a days many people have fun in just calling like that. They enjoy when you get angry on them because the do it for making you angry. So just ignore such things and stop worrying about it. Have a nice time...!

It is better to block his number on your cellphone. He maybe someone you know who hated you. On the otherhand, you can use again another number and call him and befriend with him until you know his real name. Try to invite him to see in person so you will know who is annoying you. But before you see him, be prepared to have someone with you before confronting him. Next step, change your number.

no you shouldn't.i know such persons.they are humorous clowns and nothing else.they try to disturb people by this way.i m sure he is joking on you.if there could serious he wouldn't recieved call from your sister's number.he is just teasing you and you are successing him by worrying.next time he calls just say you are not going to be his victim.
