No sleep at all ! fresh even after 2 a.m

ooops.. Life is frustrating as my sleeping habit has gone awkward. I usually goes to bed at 11.30 pm but I could not sleep even after 2 am. I don't know why? I have been walking daily for 1 hr but in vain. I also forget every issues before I go to bed. Even then sleep doesn't like me. This is totally disappointing me because my normal life has gone away a mile since years together. Whether this issue is a sin or body issue or environment problem. My age is 39 male working as center head of a private organization. If this is going to be my life how can live happily in this world?

Sleep is very important and there are certainly alot of reasons why we don't get any. Stress can be a large factor. Even over stimulus. You need eight hours of sleep to reach rem state and to actually get the rest your body needs. So maybe it would help to take the walk later. Be sure to have a quiet, dark room when you go to bed. If some soothing music helps that would be fine. A warm bath may help. Relaxation techniques such as Yoga or meditation may also. And if you want to get to bed by 11:30 perhaps you have to go to bed afew hours earlier instead of laying awake until 2a. Whatever it takes to get the rest you need.

I would try Melatonin. It is natural. Some people don't make enough of it.

yes, stress is the major enemy for me. It is killing me and I wish to have good sleep inspite. But in vain

We all need enough rest and sleep. Try to avoid foods that keep you awake like coffee and cola drinks. Also, drinking a glass of milk before sleeping is supposed to make you sleep faster.

You just have to stay positive. The best thing to do if you can't sleep is just lie in bed and pray. Just think of happy thought and not the ones that you suffered. You have to help yourself to be happy. Everyone of us in this world deserves to be happy. You deserve it so why avoiding it to yourself? There's so much beautiful things in life. I hope you could appreciate those one of this days. But now, what you have to do is to sleep on time. :)

just try to get over with the tension and try to relax. ultimately if you don't u will suffer and this i am saying to you with my personal experience, just try to rest lay on bed and try to thing about the good time u spent in your life, you'll notice some change definitely..

There must be something that changed apart from your sleeping habits. Perhaps some stress at work that causes you to think too much and not shut down your mind even at the wee hours of the morning. You could try doing yoga or pilates, or even go for massages at night so that you'd fall asleep better. Some go for the gym and other workouts so that they'd come home tired and could have better sleep. How bout trying to relax or drinking hot milk or tea before going to bed? Have a great mylot experience ahead!

same with me and i even sleep more late that time as, usually sleep between 12 am and then wake up again at 4'o'clock n the morning then take a short nap. this usually goes every day with my sleep at night counting to 6 hours and not attaining the 8 hours sleep. i do not feel sleepy at all since most of the time i am online. i am really busy in visiting money online site and try hard to find any opportunity. aside from being a member of other writing site and just write a few articles as a bonus not really bulk. i only use it for experience and for fun.

hi there how is your sleeping now, i think you need to change it slwely and not to stress your self means convince your self that its ok to sleep now or later and enjoy the time that you have to stay awake and slow the time you spend online so
