Ok let me tell you one thing: If you're a guy, in search of a home for rent and you have plans of sharing it with people, women are the best and worst housemates! Period.
Pros:
They know how to cook
They're meticulous about neatness
They make you feel like a stud with a harem (although I doubt you'll ever get lucky with them.)
Cons:
They take too long in the bathroom
They can talk. For hours. And hours. And hours. And hours.
You'll be doing all the lifting. Multiply that by the number of women housemates you have.
They hog the TV.
They'll complain if there's anything missing in the fridge.
And when it's that time of the month... run! As far away as you can for a couple of days.
Well that's based on my experience. What about you?

Haha, I have not such an experience. If I were a guy, I think I like to share a home with a woman. The merits will overshadow the shortcomings. Without a woman, it seems to be lonely and everything is in a mess. One day you probably will get married and you will live together with a woman for all the life. So an advance experience is OK. it will tell you how to communicate and live together with a woman harmoniously. Be brave and have a try.

I believe that nature has made us for each other; no doubt these are the disadvantages of women but the advantages, comfort, pleasure that women can provide is priceless.

By now, after all these years I prefer nobody as a housemate but if it's a woman. Men only care about themselves, leave without telling you or just stay away but at the same time get angry if you do exactly the same. Men use you for your laundry, to take care of their kids, to cook, to clean, to be their nurse. They complain non stop, give advice even if you don't ask for it, they make bad jokes and you get tired of laughing about it, they think they will die if they bumped into anything or have little wound nobody can see. The older they get the more you have to tell them how great they are. They always ask for attention, are always in need and still find themselves a lot out of the lotery.

yes..you're right.I used to complain every time i arrived home from work when i saw that everything was misplaced. But Then think of it that most women do the household chores.Just imagine your house without that "shout",without that "nag".....so silent...

Wow, your post made me laugh. You're absolutely right! However, if I am your housemate, I am around the house from 11:30pm to 1pm the next day because I go to work before 2pm until 11pm at night. I am only asleep in the morning. I take a shower, brush my teeth, and get dressed to work. You won't see me on weekends. LOL. Not all girls or women are the worst housemates. Haha. I hope you'll find better women housemates. Happy mylotting.
