Sound and fury, nobody does it quite like Miriam.

Guys, brace yourself once more, the drums had been rolled, the pronouncement had been declared, Senator Miriam is on the war path with former DILG USec Rico Puno, for his questionable visit to the Robredo condominium not even 23 hours yet after Sec Robredo was declared missing after a plane crash. Senator Miriam wants a specific answer to a legitimate question: What document in Sec Robredo's home do you want to take possession of? So, with much fanfare, a hearing is scheduled Friday, the gentle lady senator said, assuring much sound and fury on this senate inquiry. To clarify the allusion, the Sound will come from Puno and the Fury will come from hers truly. Brace yourselves, my fellow Filipinos, for another telenovela. The one aired early this year was super duper exciting for me, the conclusion brought out best acting in Renato Corona. But I am apprehensive about the title of this forthcoming drama, Sound and Fury. Shakespeare used this allusion to mean nothing. Hope Senator Miriam discovers something.

Looks more like " For whom the bells toll" than the sound and the fury to me, same way it tolled on the former CJ

I smell something fishy on the actions of the undersecretary. Is he looking for documents that could lead him to his downfall? Including the alleged accident of the secretary. Is this accidental or intentional? So many questions were raised and eyebrows too. Hope the senators particularly Miriam can uncover some of the mysteries. Lets wait and see. Hope justice and truth shall prevail here. Thanks

Well I am equally excited. USEC Puno should start finding the right words to answer Miriam's questions or else Miriam will definitely give him the worst nightmare of his life. I can't wait for Friday to come. I must make myself available so I won't fail to watch this hearing.

hi eileenleyva, DILG Usec Rico Puno is too defensive with his interview with Jessica Soho. I think with senator Miriams attitude , he will discover something and will also make this issue very popular hehehe.. Senator Miriams loves Media Interview also.. cheers :)

I am hearing another chaching from a couple of billions to be used for this "investigation" just like it did in Corona's Trial... I hope Senator Miriam can get some useful info too--and the rest of the senator judges to be mature enough to uphold what is right and correct and not repeating their mistakes like they did before on the last investigation...

It's a good thing that we have an aggressive senator in the persona of Miriam . And i know that this senate inquiry on Puno will be another interesting one to watch.

Well that is good that senate has taken the initiative to investigate this suspicious moves of Usec Puno. But you know how things go in the senate, they investigate but nothing happens afterwards. If we can remember the investigation about the pabaon retirement of the military and many of the case of the Generals who have enriched themselves came only to a point and sometimes nowhere to be seen anymore. Most are still under litigation and I do not know about the other generals who got away with some money in their retirement.

i do find her amusing and though sometimes quite annoying but then again the senate would be dull without her! i also was not able to follow as to why Puno was at Robredo's condo, so i might watch what will happen when he will be questioned... but i heard from the news that that is not to be fret as Pnoy knows about this? i wonder how true is this. But it is pretty interesting and puts another angle on the story.

Hello Eileenleyva, I don't know but possibly another kind of word wars that's about to happen. but i think am a bit done with listening to Mirriam Santiago's rant about any one, even puno. i hope the investigation would be over soon, other wise, its going to be on the news again.
