watching the cents turn into dollars

One of my favourite sayings is 'Take care of the pennies and the pounds take care of themselves' - change it to cents and dollars and this is a good Lotters motto. Each culture has a wealth of wisdom in sayings such as this, do you have a favourite saying that you would love to share with the rest of us?

wow such a nice saying. I don't have much sayings on this but i know one story which say that with drop by drop we can fill a huge barrel of water. It also relates to money like when we put money in the piggy bank or anywhere else where we copllect small amounts, one day when you open you find that there is more than what you might have expected. Thank you riyaro. Your 'drop by drop' is especially useful because it can apply in lots of different situations as well as money. I'm thinking it could mean 'word by word' you learn a language! that should inspire me to learn Greek.

Nice saying that inspires man to save wisely, is it not? Thanks, now let me see, there is a saying in Malayalam (India) sampathu kalathu thai pathu nattal, aapathu kalathy kaa pathu thinnam which means that if one plants ten tree saplings in good times, then one can eat its fruits during the bad times.

Combe, i am used to hear many types of comments regarding the way to save some money for future needs. when i was a child i used to hear my mother said that we should appreciate and taking good care of the coins then only we will have plenty of money for use. It means that if we have the interest to save the coins, we will have much money for saving. Because the coins can be exchange for cash money. That saying really inspired me a lot and i even encouraged my child to like to save the coins that i give to him. I even bought him a bear coin box for saving his coins.

yes, a lot of inner meaning is there in this line, yes when we take care of small things the big ones will be good by themselves, yes there are many which i get inspired many times and one of them is "THERE ARE MILES TO GO BEFORE I SLEEP".

One of my saying is that i'll be give him the good life that he was to spent.He get all over the stress for us and now.We can give him the re-leaf for this stress.
