When we were very young,i believe,we all heard this question:what's your dream?Either from our teachers or our parents. At that time we were all ambitious,

Everyone has a dream, but it's weakened with the time. If we back to the childhood, we may have more fun.

Maybe you are right. When we grow up, we have lots of worries. I wish I was a drop of water. Water has three shapes which is suitable to the earth.

Haha, now that we can't choose what we can be,but we can do our best to decide what we can become. Once i want to be a bird, cos it has wings, thus i can fly in the sky without sad. But who can understand a bird's world?Could we say it's full of happy?

A simple question yet so profound. I have a dream of becoming a screenwriter. I want to see my stories come to life on the big screen, just like I imagine them in my head. I'm constantly working on this dream but I don't know if I'll ever get the right connection to fulfill it. Some say screenwriters do not earn much. Money matters to me but if I can have one story translated into film for a minimal price, I'd still be the happiest soul on earth.

Hi,there,it's a beautiful dream, and it will come true in a different way,as long as you can stick it out and keep optimistic. Best wishes to you. Once i had a dream to be a writer, but everytime,i decided to write something,it's too hard to write. Haha,i still like it and keep trying,it is my hobby too.

It's true. It takes a lot of dedication and hard work and perseverance and patience. I used to finish my stories even if they take months, but recently I easily stop because of many distractions. I'm still finding my niche and hopefully one day something will come out of this dream. I wish you the luck and hope writing continues to give you enjoyment. :)

When I was 13 our teacher gave us an assignment. We had to describe the life that we dreamed about and we had to imagine that what our life would look like when we were 33. I am 35 now and I really wish that I had saved that assignment, because it could have been a lot of fun to read what I imagined when I was 13 and compare it the way that my life actually turned out. I don't have the assignment, but I know that around that time I wanted to be a librarian and a writer. I loved books and that was the reason why I wanted to become a librarian and I loved writing and I wanted to write my own books as well. I am not a librarian and I haven't written a book yet, but I still have a dream about writing books.

Wow,i like reading books too,and i wish i can write my own book one day.Haha One of my friends once asked me to imagine what my life will become after 5 years, but i didn't answer him,cos i am afraid to imagine and i really lack of confidence to imagine.i don't know where is my future,i don't know what i can do ,i don't know what i want to be,it seems i am not myself. I was lost. This feeling confused me for a long time, until now,it still influence my heart.

When I was a child, the question adults use to ask way, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" I'm now 60 years old and retired, and I still haven't figures out what I want to be.

Perhaps, there is no need to know everything very well, life will a good guide to help us. What we need is to be happy and love what we owned. Best wishes.

Mine was to be an astronaut-detective: but an astronaut like Captain James Tiberius Kirk, not like Our Brother Neil Armstrong; and a detective like Ra`s Al Ghul said BATMAN was, not like Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes (although the reimagined, 'Robert Downey Jr.' Sherlock is a little closer to my 'dream').

Hum,you know yourself very well, and this is the key to succeed. But as to me,it's a little difficult,i can't evaluate myself objectively. Haha, have a nice day.

My dream is quite simple. Just to finish my further education then i will calm down to live a simple life with my family. While i'm ambitious but also i need to look at the reality. Anyway, just listen to our heart and everything will be fine.

Ye,follow with our heart, then everything will be ok. Sometimes, the reality is the biggest barrier of our dreams. How to balance them is very important,it will influence our daily life.

yup and till now everybody is still dreaming...either dreaming for a better things to be on there way or even dreaming for more...and there is a belief that dreaming if free and no fee..:) like me im dreaming to have a good, stable and happy life...but lets try to admit most of us..our primary dream is to be rich, popular or even to be on power...everybody has a different dream and nobody can say that they dont have a dream becoz that is very impossible.

Ye,you are right, though our dreams are different,we all have a dream. No matter what it is,they are all equal,we couldn't have a bias on it. But the most important thing is that the dream can quiet our heart, and make us feel the meaning of life. Well,i believe your dream will come true too. Have a nice day.

i have always dreamed about being someone that would be able to share a lot to people - a doctor was not part of it... i thought i would be a business woman(my parents had a business and i sort of thought i could make it grow and i would use it to give to the needy and make them see that not all people are to take advantage of them). I wished to be able to build my own foundation too.. and take care of children who have no families or no parents who is taking care of them. i do not know if i would be able to do this but then maybe in time.. i still have time though but i have to work double time... ;)

Wow,it's very kind of you,i believe your dream will come true as long as you insist on it. And your thoughs sound wonderful,i want to help the people who are in bad situation too,but sometimes,i feel my power is so slight. However,i will do my best to do what i can do . Ha,best wishes to you.

You are right,we are asked by that question when we are young maybe because we should learn to dream to reach our goals in life.Sometimes, what we dreamed as a child would not happen or it will happen if we are really motivated in reaching it.My dream before is to become a teacher but I am a nurse right now.
