When Friends suggest to Join a Dating Site ...so this is what happened -lols

I replied a topic where one mylotter wrote that she met her husband through a "dating site".
Then, one dear mylotter wrote a sub-comment telling me to have a try.
Coincidentally, another mylotter tells me about a site and I ask her to invite me.
Fine, this mylotter invited to that site and I realize it's a dating site (lols)
Sounds like "conspiracy" 
So here's what happened after I've joined the site the other day.
One member pop up and started to chat.
He introduce himself- a young Air-Force retiree (nice huh)
And...of all people- he knows my brother in law in person.
Not just his buddy in the Military, but,
My brother in law was his boss
I can't stop laughing...unforgettable Funny experience

Yah, maybe that person can be a good friend.
At least he can't cheat me about me his personality since he discloses that my brother was his boss (which is a good riddance) hahaha

I have never joined any dating site. But your experience was one cool thing. Usually people don't say true information about themselves. I think that site is good.

The moment I told him that the name he mentioned was my brother in law...he pause for a while.
I thought he's going to leave, but being a real Air-force an elite army he continue with the conversation.
That was really a good experience and I even told him not to tell my brother in law that we've met

I guess the person is just an honest one.
Maybe it depends on how you inter-act with the person as well.
It was accidental.
He introduce himself and I guess the introduction is to impress me that he is an AIR-FORCE (Belong to an elite group)
And, I was like- oh really?
Then, to know if he is telling the truth I told him that I know three Generals in the Air-force.
Then he mentioned one name saying it was his boss- and I almost fell of my chair.

Jai, good to hear that you joined with a new dating site and find a new person who is worked in Air force, finally you both are some what near, as you mentioned your BIL was his boss, is it real? are he is trying to flirt you by telling false information?

When he told me he is an Air-force retiree,what I had in mind is- he just want me to be impressed.
So, I started asking him about the elite group until he mentioned a familiar name.
I said...there are three person in the Air-force who have same surname and all of them are Generals.
Then I asked him, who among the three was his boss.
And, I almost fell of my chair when he mentioned a name....
Imagine...of all the three Air-force Generals- it was my brother-in law's name that he said was his boss.
Well, we ended up talking about politics, military force and corruption

I just can't imagine how things conspired.
That is the reason why I never join any dating site because I am afraid that any of my relatives or friends ever saw me joining such site..

I never trust on dating or social networking sites because here most of the profiles are fake than original. Yesterday I watch danger news a girl avoid a boy But boy loves her and boy capture girl photo create her fake profile and put her mobile no. there lots of strangers are calling her she feel embrassing. She doesn't know about all but when she launched the complaint of phone calls everything is found by the police. Boy is accept he do this cheating.

Who knows that site is the key.
But do be careful in dating sites.
My advise would be, do not wear your heart out on your sleeves and do not invest too much feelings. Well that advise actually came from a teacher of mine who is into online dating. I'm just passing it to you as it may come in handy.

Jai sis, seems like you are having a funny experience through the dating site. So far, i never tried any dating site. I don't trust any of them since the first thing they will ask us to upgrade our account first before allow to use their system. another thing is, we are not sure whether the person we are chatting with is using genuine profile or not. Better stay safe then feel sorry later. It is good to hear that you are not hook by dating site. By the way, does he know that his ex-boss is your brother in-law?
