how can I lose weight?

Recently I was training to lose some weight because I'm out of shape so I decided to train, but 2 weeks have passed and I didn't lose so much. Is there any special or effective exercises?

Hi actually losing of weights is really serious one, not only you having troubled in losing weight me too..well for me losing weight is a way of disciplined in the way we eat..it is not about doing exercises..But losing weight was about to be awared the quantity of food we were eating, you dont need a training to loose weight or made any exercises but what you need was to lessen the food what you're eating and choose what are the food your eating, if its nutritious food that will help your body or the kind of foods that increase your weight.Some people what they are doing was that in order to loose weight they enrolled to the gym, but it will never work out unless to eat less, going to the gym was that it burned only your calories but you never loose weight, i guess much better you asked the help of nutrinionist that would help you what are the kinds of food that will help you too loose weight

if you want some advices much better ask some nutrionist because they would told you about the quantities of food that you would eat like for example protein, carbohydrates, and also self discipline is also included my friend

I am chubby too! But now I eat oatmeal for breakfast and dinner :-D it's working well for me :-) but took a month for me to see changes andadjust :-) gdluck to your dieting too!

well, i guess it depends on what you eat and drink too if you want to lose weight. i drink a lot of water which has helped me lose weight.
