Tattoos What Do Yours Mean?

Hi I have just started a discussion on tattoos and had another idea for a discussion. Do you have any tattoos on your body and if so what do they mean and what are they? Do you have any plans in the future for more tattoos and if so what and where? How do you come up for ideas and is it an instant decision that you have to get one done there and then?
I have a bumble bee on my left arm with RIP. This is for my Grandma because she used to send greeting cards to my mum with a bumble bee on and my mum would do the same in return.
On my right arm I have a lion to represent The Lion of Judah. My faith in God.
I have half a heart with my husband's name Mal. My husband has the other half with my name Mel. It was done 3 weeks after we met because we knew even then we would be together forever.
I have a cross to represent my faith in God.
On my wrist, my latest tattoo done a week ago. I have a bracelet with a dog tag hanging off it with the initials JB. This represents John Barrowman and all the wonderful times my mum and I have gone to see him. We love him.

i have 4, two are silly little ones with no meaning that i got for fun with the intentions of covering. My other two are from two of my favorite books. I'm a big reader and have been my whole life so my tattoos are from 2 of my favorite childhood stories

I have two at the moment. I am going to be getting two more, One will be a full back piece in memory of loved ones passed, the other will go on my arms. Two Angel/Devil babies on each arm. One for each of my daughters, with broken wings, bent halo's horns that kinda thing. I have My exhusband's name on my chest, and the start of my back piece on my shoulder at the moment.

I dont have any tattoo , but I am thinking of getting one maybe next month on my neck , a butterfly with no meaning

. I don't have any tattoo in my body, good to know you have tattoos in your body which remains your granny. There is nothing wrong in sticking tattoos if we have some good reasons for it

I have two tattoo, but would like to get more. I have a penguin on the inside of my ankle, because they have always been my favourit animal. On my wrist I have a Yorkshire Rose, because I am from Yorkshire. I would like a quote tattoo, but the two I have in mind are too long.
