What do you think about such people?
In my whole office, there is only one colleague who is somebody that can not be endured and tolerated because of the following reasons
1) His attitude
2) His attitude
3) His attitude
That's right. I know technically we are all not GURUs or masters, but if we can not be polite when we talk to someone, or if we brag about how much workload we have, when others can clearly see what we are doing or spending our time doing, or when we tell others that how we are better than them, or when we try to take all the credit infront of our managers, then we are among leg pullers and people who are equally hated by colleagues.
That is the same case with him :/
Have you ever found this type of situation at work?
My frustration level was so high because of him last week. But i have decided to treat him like he treats me from now on.May be being in his shoes makes him to realize his pathetic attitude.

These kind of persons are always a pain the a**. But you know what I use to be this kind of person at my previous job. I realized that when i left that job and moved to the new one. No one from my previous job called me and they don't come to meet me and even when i go to them they don't even look at me. This was very disappointing coz i spend five years of my life their but in result what i get. But as i say that that i use to be a rode boss I never said that I use to do it own purpose coz in those five years i realized that none of my co workers will work if i talk to them politely. But now i realize may be i was too harsh to them some times. Maybe you should talk to that person POLITELY once and see what he does. After that you do what you have thought.

Well, he's a lost cause then. And don't try anymore for him to shape up. Obviously you are not responsible for all the likes of him, although it would be nicer if he can take the "hints" you've been giving. Maybe he's really wired that way, and no amount of "persuasion" from anybody will ever set him straight.

Yes Raine he is a hopeless being. I have decided not to take tension because of him anymore:). And I am feeling happy ever since :)

i have seen so many in all the places,i think i have experienced in all places ,we need to be calm and control ourself and ignore them,that is the only option
