Fudgy Bar, our dog, has no special breed. But she is special to us. But lately, she is already acting strange, she already even tries to bite somebody she knows. Do you think it's because of trauma she experienced? She lost 2 of her puppies in her first pregnancy. On her second, its a failure, all of her 5 puppies died. We are worried for our dog and of course to us. Some advice please.

Hmm.. that could be one reason friend. Did you do something that could make fudgy bar feel angry or something? like locking her in the room if there are visitors or getting angry at her more often or even teasing her a lot?

Nothing really bad. Except for the students passing by teasing her. I hope we can really do something for her. Thank you.

Aw~ if not, I think maybe because of loosing her puppies :( I am so sorry to hear this. I hope fudgy bar will be ok soon. Why won't you ask a veterinarian to check her up?

I feel bad too. She's the only dog I taken care of. Asking a vet may cost us money, so maybe, it would be our last resort. As of now, we're just treating her extra care and we're also making extra careful to her coz she might just bite us.

Awww, poor doggy! Maybe it's a bit traumatic to her. Check out with your local veterinarian or with people who really know dogs. It could be dangerous not only for other people but for you, too.

I'd get her checked for infection too. My Frodo is a bit barmy, but never went for any of us until my youngest came home from a holiday and he snapped at her, really nastily. It upset her - and me too - but shortly after that he started yelping when he opened his mouth. Turned out he had an abscess that hadn't presented itself earlier. My vet says when some dogs have chronic pain they show it through mood changes. They only start yelping and crying when it gets real bad.

That maybe some of the reason my friend, maybe you need first to let your dog stay in a place where people cannot disturbed her. Don't make movements or actions that could trigger her emotion which can result into biting..The best way is to ask advice from a veterinarian..
