Going to smoke some beef jerky today.. yummy!!

My husband is getting the smoker ready for some beef jerky. I marinaded it yesterday and it smells so good. I can't wait to try some later! Anyone else out there make their own jerky or use a smoker?

I've never tried making my own before, I dont have a smoker. But I think it would take 10x better than store oughten.

It is way better!! We ate it all up in one day. You can make it in the oven too or a food dehydrater.
