Hello my friend gitfiddleplayer Ji, Well, so nice of you for your response, by the way, as She turns to be Voter, is there any automatic process with US Govt. to make and register her voting right Or she herself has to initiate that process. She was born in 2003. May God bless You and have a great time

I have missed exactly ONE presidential election since I became old enough to vote. I don't think my vote would've made a difference but lets just say, I would've voted for the loser... That was a very long time ago when I was still pretty young.

I remember a day when I was at work and hearing some co-workers complaining about the government. I turned and asked if they had voted. They ALL said "No." To which I told them that they had no right to complain (I used the "b" word) if they weren't going to vote. I don't know if that got any of them to the next election, but it did put a bug in their ear.

I registered to vote when I turned 18..... lets just say it has been a while. I have recently registered my 18 year old daughter. I take this right very seriously and yes I always vote. I am a registered Republican, but do NOT vote party line. I am registered this way because in my state you must be party affiliated to participate in primaries and caucuses. This year, my daughter and I will be voting together! I used to always take her with me, now she gets to vote too!

Yep, I'm registered and will be voting. Just researching all those propositions now. The only question left is will I be getting an absentee ballot this year? We don't have any place to go vote, something about not having a precinct or something. We're kindda don't belong to anyone, I guess.

You can have an absentee ballot sent to you, just search on the web.

Today I read the news about the presidential election that Obama has already won the election to be the next round of presidency for another four years. It is finally fixed, so both Romney and Obama do not have to work so hard for the election any more. It is to some degree a period of time for relaxation to them now. The world is looking forward to how Obama will have some new measures to deal with the financial situation and so many other issues around America and the world.

Yea, I read it too. Well, I voted but it didn't turn out the way I wanted but that's why life keeps moving forward.

Yes, I am registered to vote, and I will be practicing that right when its time. I hope others are registered too, I think its important. Its something that was instilled in me from my grandparents, they always made sure they voted and made sure I registered when I turned 18....

Very good. I know some people think its a hassle to register but that's because it takes some effort on our part.

I totally agree with you. I am registered and have voted in every election, state or federal. It bothers me when people tell me they have never voted before. They are like, well I don't like either so why should I vote? Because it's our responsibility! I'm not crazy about either, but I picked the candidate that is the closest to sharing my views.

if you do not vote, you have absolutely no right to complain. here in Canada i think that less than 75% actually went out to vote. people are just lazy, but raise prices or cut services, they are the first to complain. so Americans, let your voice be heard!

No, and I haven't been for many years or so now. I voted for Clinton and that was the last time. I won't be voting again until there is someone running for office that I feel good about voting for. You come back with what ever you like but I am not changing my mind. I would love to see everyone NOT vote and see what congress does then. hehe
