Always feel sleep is not enought

Since my holiday began, now is the 3rd day. Althought everyday I can sleep everytime I want, but whether how long I waster on, when I wake up still feel tried. Maybe I really need to change my sleep haibt, I can not remember how long I keep late to bed clearly. After bought computer I always use till min-night, mom had been told me that would affect my health and I also know but I still cannot change this habit, it seems the time to really make up the determination.

ya that is quite sure,everyone would ideally be craving for so much of sleep since little is not enough,but sleep is ideal for all person in this world as it helps to relax our minds and destress

Nowaday step of living is very fast, people all busy at work so want a good night is not easy.

i had that kind of experience too when i take some time off from work, i like sleep all day lol and would sleep late.. which i try to stop because it gives me head ache when i go back to normal routine.

I am now trying to adjust work schedules, but even if I go bed early, I cannot sleep until very late.

All it takes is self-discipline. I know how tempting it is to stay in front of your computer and forget the time. But you need to rest. In time you will feel tired not being able to get enough rest.
