i would want to know if we are going on tour next year

this going on a tour next year was opened by my brother as i chat with him online. he said i should look for book flights and look for the cheapest fair for next year. so i said the end of january is the cheapest as they would get back to the country by january. but after that short talk he has not mentioned any thing again about that tour if i should look for flights and if i should have my passport renewed already. maybe my brother is not sure if he wants to give us a tour in the other asian country. i don't want to talk or ask him about him because i don't want to push him if he is not decided yet. i just want him to start the conversation. if not, i don't mind since i want him to save money also.
