I should be happy now because all my work have paid now by several advertisers through Paypal, only to find out that the conversion is too low and not enough for my surgery plan in my right hand, although I haven't confirmed it yet but I think I may be suffered with carpal tunnel syndrome, and no this isn't because of too much use of computer but I think I get this from travelling too far using a single motorcycle.

Have you consulted yet your doctor about your hand. Many years ago i consulted the doctor about my hands that sometimes feels numb and have some throbbing pain. After a test that seems to have some electricity running into my hands , it was found out that i don't have a carpal tunnel syndrome. So, maybe you should consult the doctor first so you can start saving for the money just in case. Pay online isn't that much but when they accumulate they can become big.

oh thank God you gave me some light of hope, and I am hoping that it wasn't because just like you I always feel the current and numbness on my wrist plus I always wake up in the middle of sleep because it hurts that I feel the pressure of blood into it

I don't feel that kind of pain in my hands though, my friend. So, you better have it checked. Though the test was expensive. I think it was for 3000.00 and that was more than a decade ago, at St. Luke's. Luckily, i have my health card to charge it to.

I am sorry for your current condition. Do you have health insurance? I would imagine traveling by motorcycle can be quite physically demanding and dangerous. I can honestly say that you should get an accurate diagnosis for your condition, and if you choose to have surgery; make sure you allow yourself to heal. Also, see what alternatives you have to surgery.

I have always been on the computer hours and hours. I am on an average of 5 hours a day. I have been doing this since I was about 14. Thankfully I have never had any wrist problems. I am so sorry to hear that after conversion rates you made such little money and cant get your surgery. I wouldnt have thought riding a motorcycle so much could cause carpal tunnel thats awful. I hope something will work out for you and you will feel better soon.

paypal is a business and that's how they earn profit and pay their people. what you're really paying for is the convenience - how easy it is to use, how fast you receive your money, how you can even buy or pay online, etc without paperworks and documents.
