How can i improve my english?

I have this english grammar problem most of the time, prepositions in particular. I am also having a hard time improving my vocabulary. How can i master this language? Any tips? Actually, i am happy that i joined this forum coz i get to practice expressing my opinions using the english language but sometimes i really end up having stupid sentences. What do you think?
