I was supposed to buy a pair of shoes after office hour.I received promotional message in my mails that one of my shoe brand is on sale. So I decided to buy one after work. I've reached the boutique 2 hours before closing and so I shopped and tried a few pairs.I have choose a pair which is out of stock and it has to be order.I'm ready to pay for it and place an order but suddenly those saleslady was busy and not to attend an order, seems they were busy watching those walk in customers. I've waited for almost 20 minutes and no one was able to attend an order payments. And so decided not to continue placing an order. It annoys me and so I prefer to bring myself home and start my mylotting! How about you have you ever left unattended when you need an assistance. Let us share our experiences here! Thank you..

yes there are salespersons who are choosy in customers they want to attend to and i had encountered such situations not only a couple of times. if ever i meet one, i just switched to someone who is friendly and accommodating. There was one instance however where I really did not like the sales lady's attitude that I "complimented" her upfront for it.

yeah it seems some of those salesperson are sometimes choosy. So sometimes we can't blame customers walked away from them. Thanks for sharing your experience.

It really pisses me off when salesclerks try to entertain new comer rather than attending to the inquiries and needs of those who came first. However, I think you made a good choice on bringing yourself home early and start mylotting. haha

I have had this happen and I usually go home and call in. If they are a good business they will bend over backwards to help an unhappy customer. And company that even when having a sale can't have staff enough to help their customers is lacking big time and they need to be called on it.

I have had very cold reception (disinterested) from sales people in textile shops. Some salesmen are interested in showing more cloths and a few others are hesitant to show because they have to rearrange. In many shoe shops salary for salesmen is less and they are paid commission basis depending on sales at the counter. Probably order sales are not included in any person's account. In that case this is likely to happen. I suggest you visit another shoe shop and find something suitable available readily and buy it. good day. happy to note you enjoy mylotting.

I had experienced that for several times. When I was younger, I was so inconsiderate, I immediately went to the owner of the department store who was at that roaming around. What happened was this, I was first attended by a saleslady while I was looking at the display. I asked for my size but it took about twice or thrice but still I was not able to get what I wanted. Then suddenly, the saleslady saw a friend who was also shopping, she just left me without saying a word and attended her friend. I was so angry why she left me when I was not yet finished. Then it was timely, the owner passed in our area so I told her what happened. OMG I did not expect what the owner did. She reprimanded the saleslady in front of many people. My anger vanished because I pitied the saleslady. From then on, I have never complained to the owner or supervisors each time that I encounter the same incident. I don't want people being humiliated in front of other people.

Many times, that I feel neglected by some of those attendants. I can relate here. That's my initial reaction back when I was younger. But now, things change, I came to realized the value of patience. But if that item is what I want that most, I will wait or act actively by getting the sales lady's attention. We are their customer and they stationed there to serve us accordingly. Hope you can get that item in other stores next time. Thanks

You know sometimes it does make you wonder. There have been times I have had to walk out of places, including fast food restaurants just because someone was to busy to take time to help me. I often wonder what their big idea is about not putting a customer wanting to spend some money is, instead of helping them look at something else, or ignore them. In the end you would think it would not be Good for business for sure. Maybe you just need to see if you can possibly order that same item online?

What a crap day! That was not cool! I hate it when I have to waste more than 20 minutes just for waiting. You should report that to their manager next time around or else they would do that to other customers too..

hi welcome to mylot oh several times and each time I felt just a little more angry. the person actually lost my sale because she was on a cellphone to someone else. I waited for a half hour then just laid my would be purchase down and walked out o f the store.rude clerks do not deserve m y trade when I can find ones who are not rude at all.another waited on the handsome man behind me as I guess m y elderly white hair did not give her a lusty feeling like the man behind me. so I walked out after I dumped my things in front of her and said" You just lost my sale miss have fun with the handsome one."
