I have two job interviews

I spoke at quite length to a lady with a small business on Tuesday. I have an interview this Saturday about a position. It's P/T, pays $8 an hr and is about 25 miles from my home. Today I got a call from applying to a job that is F/T, is closer to my home and pays $10 hr. I set an appointment for Monday. I want to keep the one on Saturday just in case the full time position doesn't work out.P/T is better than unemployment. My question is, should I tell the interviewer on Saturday about this interview on Monday?

Hi Marty, congratulations. I hope you can get the best one I think It would be better for you to keep this information just for you So If they both want to hire you you can make an option OR if one of them reject you, you still have another one

Just don't tell your interviewer that you are applying or is having an another interview...he might be upset and he might turn you down....

i would not tell if it was me. if there are conflicting schedule i would just tell them i had prior plans, unless they specifically asked where else have i applied and they are interested to know the status of my application there.

That's cool you have two job interviews. Keep your options open. You don't need to tell the interview for the interview on Saturday about your interview on Monday because you haven't accepted any offers yet or they haven't offered you the job yet and its the interview phase. If you got both offers of the job interviews, then you can decide which you want to accept. I hope this helps. You don't need to tell about the interviewer about your other job interviews you are having.

I feel nervous every single time that i got an interview. So just take it easy and this is only my suggestion for you.So do not tell other company that you got other interviews and just learn smart to arrange this two.Hope to hear good news from you.

I would not disclose anything regarding the other interview. I believe that will eventually make a conflict on matter of schedule, preferable pay or rate or anything regarding employment, one way or the other. I can relate here, since I had been in that situation back when I'm still hunting for a day job. Good job on your interviews. Thanks

Hello! Honestly? Keeping your secrets close keeps you at the advantage. The P/T position is a much easier position to fill, and if your interviewer doesn't believe you have a serious intention of working for them by knowing of your other interview for a F/T time? You're likely to get passed over for the opportunity. As long as you're looking for a job, you owe nothing to anyone. Keep smiling, and kill those interviews! Good luck!
