Neobux site and the tiny print...

I have logged into Neobux for the past 3 days and see the same thing. Tiny print. I am not able to access the account due to this and have done all I can to make sure it is not because of something on my end.
Deleted my browsing history, deleted my cookies, and even tried to log in with a different computer.
No luck. I cant even send in a ticket and I am afraid that my account will be deleted. Any suggestions friends?

try to login from other browser or contact your internet service provider

Just about an hour after I posted this, the site is working again. Maybe it was because I tried to download their toolbar.
After I did that, I noticed weird things like the small print. So I have my account active again...
