This driving lessons have been long overdue. I already have a date as when but because a lot of unexpected meetings appear on my schedule from time to time here I go again postponing them. It is so frustrating. I wanted to try driving to and from the office especially during rainy season where I always get soaked up in water and a bit of mud (yes just a bit). Traffic here is so unbelievable so I wanted try driving by taking alternate routes. The convenience is really irreplaceable I don't need to jump from one vehicle to another. As I also do client meetings as part of my sideline businesses I need to bring products and other materials and it's so hard when you don't have a car. What pisses me the most are the long queues on AUV terminals. For the past 4 years, it is so but normal to wait for about an hour or 2 just to get a ride and that excludes traffic. Oooppps by the way, there are limited seats so we need to stand on these series of waiting. I just wish I can enroll soonest and start driving our car.

hi mhy, I had many driving lessons before even my dad taught me, my ex and our drivers two years ago Mom enrolled me to driving class well I learned but when I don't use it I forgot it or maybe I don't put too much seriousness on it that's why. I used to drive but there should be a driver sitting beside me. Well having a car and know to drive is a big advantage so hope you will enroll soon. happy mylotting

Just like my mom. She did formal lessons and forgot everything because she easily freaks out. I just really need to push this through for a more comfortable and hassle-free travel. P.S. BTW, nice pictures you got there with the other mylotter girls. I actually work around BGC (Bonifacio Global City) area. See you around there when I see you. HAHAHA!

I first got my learner's permit when I was sixteen years old and I only had to have that for a month before I was able to go and take the actual driver's test. I took the test the first day that I could and I got my license the first time that I was able to take the driver's test. I think that my mother was really anxious for me to get my license so that I would be able to help her run my brother and sister around to their activities. I hope that you have the best of luck with learning to drive.

I just hope my mom could be more supportive. She's pretty much reluctant to lend her car and has no comment about my driving lessons. Wish me luck when I am able to make this happen.

Ugh isn't trying SUVs too much? It's my first time and besides we only have sedans back at home so it's better to try sedans as well.

Thanks a ton for the discussion. Glad to hear that u are very much looking forward to driving a four wheeler. In fact just like u i too want to take up some driving lessons as we have a four wheeler at our place that has been kept abandoned as we do not have anybody to ride it. Now it would be better if we learn driving very soon so that it would help us in going to places far away from our place. What say?

We actually have 2 cars. One is very old the other is just 3 years old. The 3 years old is my mom's and since she also does not know how to drive, the mileage is only at 5,000. My dad only drives his old car because my mom would not allow him to drive the newer one. Let's both enroll soon!

Maybe you can take lessons during weekends? I took mine last year every Saturday and Sunday, 1-2 hours each depending on my sked, like if I have some commitments which fall on the same day. The practical or hands on driving lessons lasted for 15 hours and so far despite it being held only on weekends we managed to cover everything. I am now a proud newbie driver.

The unplanned schedules that I have last the whole day so there's really no way I can include the driving lessons. Erratic schedules really hinder me from doing so. I will really really try next week. I already have a school that I want and it's kinda cheap too. BTW, how many hours did you take? I am planning to take 10 hours, not sure if it can cover everything.
