There are endless possibilities to get traffic onto your blog; the most common ways would simply be sharing it via social networking like Facebook / Twitter, but it may not grant you the same feedback that you would like. Other ways could be purchasing traffic, but again, probably not worth your time. I currently use traffic exchange, and the best sites are the 1:1 rates.
