How many Hours your Spent looking @ a Screen?

I spend a lot of time on the computer thats because of my job I work and i'm looking at the computer screen all day 8hrs haha.. When I'm on my break i'm looking @ my phone which has a nice screen lol..
when I got home get on my ipad or watch Tv... both also screen. I think there isnt one day we don't look at a nice bright screen?
I would say I spend 11-12 hrs looking at a screen a day thats probably normal for me on a work day? What About You?

My head was hurting so bad yesterday I had got sick a few times I think it was because I have been so stressed I work at home and it has been 4 days since I have set any appointments and it is really bothering me because I always do good every week. Just don't know what the problem is, But I am wearing glasses that I don't normally wear because I can't find my other ones and I am staring at the computerall day long doing my job then I will turn it off to cook dinner and then turn it back on to do my other jobs, So I stare at the computer screeen for hours.

I'm sorry to hear that hopefully you feel and get better. I usually deal with stress like this... It's not going to last that long so my goal is to make it short. Spend time thinking about the great things in life.
Yeah sometimes I think we need breaks from looking at a computer screen so what I usually do is work out.. :)

Probably around 12 hours for me since I work online. The thing is that there is so much to do that sometimes I feel work never ends. I kind of like it though. At least I am my own boss for the time being. There are so many ways to make some money online that if I get bored doing something I switch tasks.

I avoid as much as possible staring on the screen for a long time.
My eyes is having problem already that I don't want to add more burden into it.
No matter how I wanted to stay online, or watch movies- I do resist or give myself sometimes to rest especially my eyes.

Lately, I spend half of a day in front of the computer because of my paper works. But usually, I only spend 4 hours in front of the computer for using MyLot. :)
