May be your sleeping position is not good and this can cause the neck pain, this frequently happens with me. Problem may be with pillow also. Ear ,jaws and teeth paining occurs when the area is badly disturbed. Hope you didn't put anything into your ear for cleaning sake . Visit a doctor.

I had also felt the the same troubles for me little days ago and when I see my moth I could notice that the a new teeth is growing and this is the reason I felt the trouble. I hope this may be the same issue for you. If not it is better to consult yourself to a good doctor.

I would have gone to the dr and had it checked long before now. Pains are always caused from something. Most of the time not something good. Go and get it checked, before its to late.

Oh my gosh, that sounds like a really serious problem. You need to go see a doctor as soon as you can!

Thanks a ton for posting this discussion. Well i can understand that u must be undergoing painful moments in your life due to the pain in your neck. I think all u need to do is take adequate bed rest and detect the cause of such unusual pain from a good doctor and i am pretty much sure he will give u good medication to overcome such issues. What say?

If you are in this much pain, then the first thing that you should do is to see a doctor. I am sure that there is a very good reason that you're in pain, and you probably just need to rest and take some pain killers, but you should go and see somebody who knows what they're talking about just incase there is anything serious wrong as they would be able to help and make sure that you recovered well. If you can't turn your neck then don't try to force it to move, as doing this might do more harm than good in the long term.
