How Do They Get 'Uncleanness' to Mean 'Disagreement with Government'?

2nd Peter 2:9-10 "... reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities." So if you agree with comedians today, you're doomed?

Which translation is that taken from,my bibles translation puts a different spin on it and in my view a clearer view of the word of god.My bible says "And so the Lord knows how to rescue godly people from their trials and how to keep the wicked under punishment for the Day of Judgement, especially those who follow their filthy bodily lusts and despise God's authority. These false teachers are bold and arrogant, and show no respect for the glorious beings above;instead, they insult them. This comes from the millennium good news Bible.I prefer my version as it talks about looking after the good and punishing the sinners an example of gods justice.

okay, that IS clearer. It shows that he meant Heaven's government. I thought the version I used (KJV, maybe?) was talking about worldly government.

I'm sure government here, is referring to spiritual government.. That really fits these days! Lots of people despise God as to doing any governing over them!
