Can the Fallen Angels Be Saved?

2nd Peter 2:4 says "For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment ..." what reassurance have we that we are destined for anything better? The only way I see that we can be saved is if we know that the fallen angels can be saved (by Our Father), that they can be 're-justified' so that they are not "... reserved unto the day of judgment to be punished." Can't we save them? How?

Why does the fate of angels have to linked to your fate or mine? All of this is up to G-d and your relationship or non relationship with G-d, Jesus, Allah , whichever version you believe in. Unlike Jesus , I believe a good person who happens to have money , Lots of money can and Will get to heaven. I also believe non Christians will make it too. the more I think about it , the more I'm convinced there are different sections of heaven. I mean there is a Christian branch and a Jewish branch and Hindu and Buddhist,Islamic, etc.All you can do is do your best. Be as good as you can be and hope for the best.

Do you believe the devil story? I heard this tale where the Devil was one of G-d's angels but once G-d made man He demanded the angels to serve man not G-d . the Devil said he wouldn't so G-d cast him out of heaven. from this story I get that G-d loves man more than His angels so why would their fate be linked to ours?

No they are part of G-d's kingdom , not ours. There are no angels living on earth. They may visit but they can not stay. That way When , not if but when, we destroy the earth they will not be harmed.

Our fates are linked because the fallen angels are part of our kingdom.

Do those fallen angels you've mentioned do ever regret that they have turned their backs on God? As I do think that repentance is necesary for salvation.

Would they listen? As I am willing to talk to them if they are. That would be my greatest achievement in life if that happens.

Yes, yes they can ... if we tell them to.

Maybe they were just following General Lucifer's orders, but--since we defeated him and made him powerless--maybe they can follow OUR orders now!

"Chains of darkness" here refers to how imperfection cannot possibly reserve its course and make itself perfect.. Colossians 1:20 (I like how Young's Literal Translation puts it) - "and through him to reconcile the all things to himself -- having made peace through the blood of his cross -- through him, whether the things upon the earth, whether the things in the heavens." And this is before Rev 12:7,8 when the dragon and his angels lose access to the heavens and are cast solely to earth, which occurred with that fierce persecution the inquisitions-(note verses 13,14, wings of an eagle to fly/sail!)

Thanks for the information. I have read about this before and as far as I remember correct me if I am wrong, they were put in this state so as they can no longer materialized into human beings (which they left during the flood) like they did during the early days where they even had children with humans.

The only way for human beings to be saved is through the sacrifice of Christ on our behalf. Christ became one of us, took our nature upon Himself to bear our sins on the cross. We can know we are saved if we know we are are united with Christ. Heb 2:16 tells us: "For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham". Which is one explanation why fallen angels cannot be saved. But also, no angel ever started out fallen. Every fallen angel once knew perfect fellowship with God. So when every angel that sinned sinned, it sinned against the Holy Spirit and cannot be forgiven.

God can't save anyone. We save ourselves. Ve choose our path, create our future and sooner or later we must pay for our mistakes. Angels are like us, nothing special, just that they don't have a body. Not everything that is written in bible is true and many things were changed to force people to pay money to church, but that day has gone, now it's harder for them to force us to pay.

I think I see why the angels can't change their minds: Because they never changed their minds in the first place; Lucifer was their commander, and they were just followin` orders.

These fallen angels rejected their first estate and, not like us will never recieve a body. They did not keep their first estate so they will not have anything added to them. We kept our first estate in heaven and were allowed to come to earth to receive a body, so we could become more like our Heavenly Father. The fallen angels have their progression stopped because of their rebellion against Heaven Father. In one way, they did not want to progress any further and refused. So now they and Satan are on earth as spirit to be the ones to try our faith so we can know good and evil. They are providing the evil and so we can learn and grow to be more like our Heavenly Father. One part of Jesus's saving atonement is that he was resurrected. This resurrected will be given to each and everyone of us who have ever lived on earth. These fallen angels, who will never receive a body, will never be resurrected and therefore their progression is stopped. As for the rest of Jesus atonement, it is up to our faith and obedience.

Doesn't being a son of God give one the power to forgive the fallen angels for their bad decision, the power to give the fallen angels a new body?

They are in rebellion, what makes you think they want it? They are getting what they want. Have it ever occurred that some do not want saved and reject it? Those that would rather do evil than good.
