Thanks a ton for posting this discussion. Well glad to hear that u are fond of reading books. i think u should go for a new genre of books like something on thriller series or romantic series or may be someone's autobiography and i am sure u will get the right kind of book to read and unwind yourself. What say?

Well there are a lot of good books out there. I'm reading tons of books this past few months. And I had a great time reading and learning a lot of things. And I want to recommend some of the great books that I read. From international author, I recommend that you read books of Paulo Coelho (especially The Alchemist) and Nicholas Sparks. I also suggest that you read their blogs. You will learn a lot from them. And since I found out that you are a Filipino like me, I suggest that you read books of Bo Sanchez. He's one of the best selling authors today and a very well known public speaking i hope my suggestions will help you a lot.

You should read Carlos Ruiz Zafon books. Start with "the shadow of the wind" it has all the elements of a good story, love, crime, history, mystery. Fantasy. All written in a beautifull and smooth style. Also, if you like fantasy try George Martin's "song of ice and fire" series. It is a big series. 5 books until now. Each average about 900 pages. But it's a amazing If you like classics, dickens will be a good start. He mixes good writing with an unbelievable ability for story telling Best regards
