Very sad movie. All he wanted to do was to fit in.

hello, i watched this movie a few days ago and i loved it. i love johny depp. he is my favorite. i try to watch all of his movies. i heard a lot of good things about this movie and so i thought i will give it a short and i was amazed. johny depp is superb in this movie. winona ryder is also looking so so cute. both of them are so young. i loved both of them in this movie. they are very cute together. tim burton made a great movie and he is a genius really. all the characters were very very good. i really enjoyed this movie.

I saw this movie a few years back, i even got an original vcd for it. i decided to watch it since i heard it was where Johnny Depp got famous.. after his portrayal here. it was a very powerful performance, a wonderful film indeed.

Even though this is an older movie, it still resonates with people today, and is still very popular--especially at this time of year! In fact, I was at a Halloween costume store and saw men's and women's Edward Scissorhands costumes! I think Johnny Depp's popularity help keep this movie popular, but it is well-deserved--he does a great job portraying Edward, and gives great depth to the character. Since you like this one, you might also like Depp's more recent Dark Shadows (which is more of a comedy), and certainly Sleepy Hollow, which is a great Halloween movie.

Well, this movie, released in 1990, I always knew that was a masterpiece of cinema. Unfortunately I think I'm one of the few people who are passionate that not having seen it yet. I only know that the protagonist Johnny Depp, so I was told, reads very well the guy who a scientist is able to give "life". I believe that I will see this film as soon as possible. In fact, I'll tell you more. Now that you with your discussion, I did remember, I'm going to see if it was already available on streaming maybe on Youtube.
