I like to sleep a lot

I enjoy sleeping and normally if I have class, my sleeping hour will be 8-12, but if I don't have class my normal sleeping hour will be 12-18 hours. And my longest record is sleep for 24 hours, wakes up the next day. Though sleep like this is wasting a lot time because not doing anything but I cannot stop myself from sleeping so much.

ermm.. i also love to sleep.. even if the class 2hour.my concentration just half an hour..hahaha.... my friend always angry with me...but she cannot so..because my result still good...that the best thing i like... because sometime even we look that person always to sleep..but she/he still can manage to do the other work... i like that kind of person

haha...its not like i;m kind of genius or what... the secret is..u learn while others were sleeping... while in class...even im sleeping but but my mind still there...sometime when mind in unconscious u will never now how much u can absorb...hehe... but certain people have their own ways in studies.... for me..i found this way ...but please dont ever try if u not like this k....hehe....

Wow...so lucky for you that you can sleep for that long period of hours! I just hope that I can also do it...but I think it would be impossible for me since I am working in a BPO industry and that sleeping is not an option for myself considering that I have to wake up at exactly 3am in order to prepare of going to work by 5am.

Wow 3am, thats too early. sometimes i sleep at 3 but you wake up 3am. that is surprise because what i heard before is wake up as early as 4 only. it must be really hard for you but good luck to you.

Well, I also have this unhealthy habit. It seems like I never get enough sleeping even though I have spent my free time lying on the bed.6~8 sleeping hours will refresh ourselves, but more than that will exhaust us.In fact, over-sleeping really wastes time and does harm to health. We'd better quit it as early as we can.

Yes I know the fact of sleeping so much is unhealthy but the fact of cannot awake is also a problem for me too. Like just now I just sleep for around 14 hours because cannot awake. Some times I really had this because I cannot do anything at all for the day.

I guess if you can afford to have long hours to sleep, then why not? As you have more responsibilities, you'd probably find yourself to have to adjust your sleeping habit. You may have to sleep less hours in order to attend to those other responsibilities. Besides, your body will also let you know if you have enough sleep or not. So even with less sleep, your body will still function well.

wow, you real love sleeping . ahh , i feel the same with you , i love slepping too, i am also a student , and , i alaways sleep early , and early to bed early to rise , because, i believe that early bird can catch the worn . thank you for you sharing that discussion, have a good day my lovly friends wish you happy every day !

I think that a lot of people sleep too much, without really realising that it isn't good for their body. One of the best things that you could do in order to keep yourself nice and healthy would be to get into a routine of sleep and stay in it. You should go to sleep at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each morning, making sure that you only get around 8 hours of sleep. This is all that your body needs, and I honestly think that you would be doing it more harm than good if you chose to have more sleep than you really needed.

I wish I could sleep like that it would help me a lot. I know sleeping for a whole day is not good for anyone. but getting at least a little more sleep would help me out a lot.

Ya I agree. Actually I know my sleeping time not healthy but I still like it so much. A lot of time I miss the class, miss a lot things I need to do in the morning. Feel like my only activity time is evening to night.
