Cannot we (HUMAN's) Really Thankless to GOD...???

Not all human beings are like you not thankful to God what blessing they received even very small. It's common nowadays that people are not thankful but some people especially those who are very religious they are people who always thankful to God whatever they received and consider it as a blessings. One thing also that people are not thankful because of uncontentment. If we are already in level 1, our goal is to reach level 2 until we finish all level. Life is like a game. no contentment at all.

God requires no thanks. On the other hand, the hunger to advance is an important part of the learning system. In time,people will acquire wisdom on their journey to learn and understand. They will become thankful.

People who are like this are inmature or materialistic or both. I thank God everyday for everything I have from the food on my table to the roof over my head. As for material stuff that is not really important in life. Unfortunately there are so many people who want bigger better and more and it all means nothing at the end. All the stuff you buy is never yours for good because it all gets handed down to the next generation when you die. You can't take it with you when you die. All that is important in life is family, how you treat others and the simple things in life. Such as food, water, shelter and clothes on your back.

There are times that i am nt being thankful of little things or big things that i had recieved.Sometimes i forget and not remember of what God has than so much good 2 me.But i have to thank God because i will not be blessed if not because of Him.Thank you, i open my lot in my phone.

yes friend , we are never satisfied with what we have and what God has given us. we always complain about some or the other. This is because of the love for the materialistic things , we should learn from people who are not rich and cannot afford to buy even one meal per day.

Thanks a ton for posting this discussion. Well i can understand your feelings very well and would like to say that jealousy is one of the most harmful feeling for a human being. Jealousy always kills u from inside and never helps u progress ahead in spite of your hard work. When u feel jealous of someone then that means that person is superior to u and u are nothing in front of him. Be thankful to God instead for giving u a human life and u should acknowledge others and should be positive about yourself at the same time. What say?

If we have food to eat, shelter, warmth and loving fellowship and by remembering that so many in this world do not have so much be thankful, so thankful to God for his faithfulness, so great is he all the best, urban

God provides you everything including your parents and you should thank god for everything.

We should all be grateful to God for what we have and how He has blessed us. Where computers are concerned, it's not unusual to want the latest thing out. Things change so quickly in the electronic world that it's easy to buy something one day and be out of date the next.

Though I guess there are times that I'm not thankful for the things that I've been given, most of the time I have to say that I'm very thankful for the things that I have in my life. I'm thankful that I'm able to make sure that my children have clean clothes to wear and food to eat. I'm thankful for the fact that I had great parents and I have an overall great family. Most of the time when I recognize that I'm being a thankless person is when it comes to gifts that aren't exactly what I want.

People really are sometimes not satisfied with what they already have. I too am like that, I envy others. I know it's bad, it's a sin and I should eliminate it. But, it's hard if we don't try. I am worst before, I really buy whatever I envy that others have. But now, I don't think I am stubborn with this kind of thing. I already know how to handle my envy by simply seeing what I have as better than their even if I know it's not. There is really nothing good we can get for envying others so better yet be who you are and give the best of what you already have.

I always thank God for everything i receive fro the day. For the life that he continue to lend to me and for my family and the place where we live. My thankfulness to God is endless. That's because he is a good God.

Hi friend, not every one is in this sort. Always i try my maximum to get satisfaction with my belongings as well as thank god with my prayers. I never forget to show my grateful to God. He is superior power to us as well as give strength to us and guide us in a good way to live our life. So we must be thankful to him always and convey our gratitude without fail

I am brought up at a very simple family. Even if we can afford things, we don't buy them just because we "want" them or want to be on trend. So with you're example to not remembering God much because you almost have everything instantly -I can't relate with it. Also,since I was young I was thought that everything I receive is from God, materials and even not. So when someone gives me a gift, I immediately thank God and the person who is instrument of the blessings.. Some people forget to thank God maybe because they thought that things they have and received and from human beings. You were right at some point, that some people who have things needed don't pray because they don't have something to ask for. That's why we should remember, with or without nothing in material riches, we should be thankful. We have all the unseen blessings in the world. =) cheers!

Oh yes! I agree, we humans are never quite happy it seems. All new things and gifts fade with time. Except for God Almighty himself, his Presence when we earnestly seek him.

You seem to be one whose interest wanes once you are in possession of the things you desired and then aspires for something better. That is, you are not easily contented and fails to appreciate and be grateful for these. However, realizing and accepting yourself the effect of this attitude means that you are amenable to change. This is a positive sign that you want to get better and striving to learn how to appreciate and be grateful to God for every blessing that you may receive.

All my thankful babble to G-d is really as worthless 'as filthy rags' to the good glory he deserves. So the best thanks you can give him is to use 'what God gave ya' for the purpose he gave it to you to fulfill.

God will gives us everything if we ask,we only have to acknowledge his loving kindness.He is above our parents and we only have to be thankful of his mercies.When we are selfish,when we destroy harmony and peace of this world,then we are ungrateful to him.
